IMPORTANT INFORMATION

From the 1st March 2017 when you select the repeat prescription option on our webpage you will be directed to our new online ordering service.

To register for this new service all you have to do is come into the practice and ask one of our receptionists for your PIN number and details of how to register.

For routine appointments we aim to see you within three working days. In cases of urgency, you will be seen on the same day.

We will give you full information about the services we offer. Every effort will be made to ensure that you receive the information, which directly affects your health and the care being offered.

Health Promotion:

The Practice will offer patients advice and information on, steps they can take to promote good health and avoid illness.

Confidentiality

Your medical records are confidential and will not be discussed with anyone without your consent. The practice complies with the Data Protection Act and the Access to Medical Records Act.

Please let us know if you change your name, address or telephone number

Keeping your Appointments

Please do everything you can to keep your appointments. Tell us as soon as possible if you cannot keep your appointment, this will allow other patients to use it.

Appointment Times

Please be patient, although we endeavour to keep surgeries running on time, inevitably some patients require longer than others. If there is a delay with your appointment time you will be informed by the receptionist

Home Visits

Please do not request a home visit unless it is strictly necessary. Please phone as early as possible for home visits or urgent appointments.

Phoning the Surgery

Please keep your phone calls brief and avoid calling during the peak morning time for non-urgent matters.

Courtesy

We ask you to treat the doctors and practice staff with courtesy and respect.
