WE WOULD LIKE THANK YOU FOR YOUR C0-OPERATION AND UNDERSTANDING AT THIS DIFFICULT TIME AND PLEASE BE KIND TO OUR STAFF WHO ARE WORKING VERY HARD TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.
The Practice needs to ensure that we can meet patient demand and prioritise patient and staff safety. We have therefore changed the current appointment booking system and all requests for appointments will be telephone appointments with clinicians arranging patients to be seen in the practice when necessary. If you require urgent medical advice you should contact us by phone before 1pm and your call will be passed onto a clinician and they will call you back the same day, if your call is not urgent they will call you back the next day,
If you are appointed to attend the surgery then please arrive at the appointed time and where possible on your own. Please wear a mask or staff can give you one. This is for your own safety as well as the safety of the Practice Team. We ask that you wait in the corridor respecting the 2 metres social distancing rule if you cannot wear a face covering
Our Health Centre is fully accessible to disabled patients.
The doctors and nurses at the surgery of Dr Connelly and Dr Harkins take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.
In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like.
