Men Matters

For Men : One to one support, talking group, outdoors sessions .Go wild ice swimming,  Bike Club, Art sessions  and suicide prevention. Or just come along , hang out and have a chat, play pool, see what's happening. 0141 944 7900

Mens Shed

Clydebank Men's Shed are re opening their doors. It's a place where we can choose to either, work, relax, make and repair things, pursue hobbies and pastimes, get practical help with projects, share skills and make new friends, have a cuppa, a chat, a laugh and get out of the house for a while. Wednesdays from 1pm, new members please, call 07484 641 566 or check the Facebook page or email. Women's Aid Supporting women and families experiencing or who have experienced domestic abuse: physical, emotional, sexual, psychological, co-ercive control, financial.  Help with housing, temporary accommodation ,and refuge. There is a "quick escape" page on their website if you need to exit quickly.
