Cope Scotland provide practical, solution focussed 1 to 1 support for approximately a ten week period, (not counselling) and many self help resources on their website. Men Matters

Suicide prevention Peer support for Men aged 18 +

Meet ups and also Zoom Meetings. A safe space to talk about challenges, be listened to, and feel supported. Relaxation, yoga, football, art, CBT, walking. Nearest Group is Springburn Monday evenings, 7-9pm at Springburn Community Hub. (Covid safety precautions are in place)

Mens Shed

Clydebank Men's Shed are re opening their doors. It's a place where we can choose to either, work, relax, make and repair things, pursue hobbies and pastimes, get practical help with projects, share skills and make new friends, have a cuppa, a chat, a laugh and get out of the house for a while. Wednesdays from 1pm, new members please, call 07484 641 566 or check the Facebook page or email. Women's Aid Supporting women and families experiencing or who have experienced domestic abuse: physical, emotional, sexual, psychological, co-ercive control, financial.  Help with housing, temporary accommodation ,and refuge.
